I hope you are having a nice weekend. It's a bit cloudy here today, but atleast the temperatures have been warming up a bit!
It's a perfect, lazy day to head to the Coast! During our trip to Provence, we wanted to make sure we included a little time at the Beach, despite the fact that it is Winter...so we headed to Cassis!
Here's our view as we drive toward the Village...
Cassis is not a very large Village, but it had a lot of Charm!
There is a Fortress up on one of the Mountains, that we hear is now turned into a Bed and Breakfast. Lucky guests...
Caught a glimpse of some people playing Petanque again!
The Harbor was quite beautiful!
The Beach was all small pebbles...no sand...so there was no shelling this day!
We sure enjoyed watching the Waves break...
Next, we headed to the Peninsula of Prequ'Ile, around the Cove from the Village of Cassis to view Les Calanques. We hiked on foot for a bit...

As it got darker, we headed back into Cassis to find a place for dinner...
Such a pretty Village!
