Our Father...

Bonjour mes amis!

While traveling in Provence last week, we visited many Cathedrals, and one of my favorite things I kept encountering in them was the written out words of the Lord's Prayer.  One Church had it printed quite beautifully, so I will share that with you today, and then, give you the translation of the Prayer Jesus taught us in Matthew 6:9-13.

"Our Father, who art in Heaven,

Hallowed be thy Name.

Thy Kingdom Come,

Thy Will be Done,

On Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this Day our Daily Bread.

And Forgive us our Debts,

as We Forgive our Debtors.

And Lead us not into Temptation,

but deliver us from Evil.

For Thine is the Kingdom,

and the Power,

and the Glory Forever.

Amen."

This IS Your Kingdom, Lord!
